LINCOLN BREWSTER TO BE FEATURED ON FOX NEWS

Groundbreaking worship artist Lincoln Brewster is slated to be featured this Saturday during Fox News Channel’s “America’s News Headquarters” at approximately 1 pm ET. The subject of anchor Kelly Wright’s “Beyond The Dream” segment, Brewster discusses his life and music, including his highly anticipated ninth Integrity Music album, Oxygen. The project was recorded during one of the most challenging seasons of the artist’s life, as his wife battled cancer.

“Beyond The Dream” is a series of in-depth interviews, conducted by Wright, with people who have overcome great odds to make a difference in the world. Past segments have spotlighted Alveda King, niece of Martin Luther King, Jr.; Bishop T.D. Jakes; pastor and best-selling author Joel Osteen; and the family of Nelson Mandela, among others.

Oxygen bows August 19 on the Integrity label. Produced by Brewster and Colby Wedgeworth, the project features 11 new songs, 10 of them co-written by Brewster. The album’s first single, “Made New,” is currently garnering airplay at Christian radio stations across the country.

One of the first worship artists to be embraced at Christian radio, Lincoln Brewster is firmly established as a leader in the genre. With signature singles including “Today Is The Day,” “Everlasting God” and “The Power Of Your Name” to his credit, Brewster’s last non-seasonal recording, 2010’s Real Life, debuted at #1 on Nielsen SoundScan’s Praise and Worship Albums chart. He serves as Worship Arts Pastor at Bayside Church in Sacramento, California, and performs at various festivals and worship events across the country. Follow him on twitter @lincolnbrewster.
